Hello everyone,

Welcome to the Master of Arts (MA) program in History at TU. I am pursuing a program in history at TU.

The admission for the academic year 2080/81 is open and will remain open until 5th February. If you've passed the TU entrance exam, you're eligible to apply.

I've enrolled in the History program, and the admission fee for the first semester is 19,075 Nepalese Rupees. This fee applies to all MA programs.

Once the admission process is closed, TU will start the classes. If you're looking for the syllabus and model questions, you can find them below. Here is the syllabus for all semesters of the MA program in History. You can download it by clicking on the link below:

ABC (Annapurna Base Camp) is a well renowned trekking route in the world. The panoramic mountain range seen from ABC (4130 mt.) is just breathtaking.

Spring (February - April) and Autumn (September - November) is the best time for this trek. Clear weather, pristine mountain view and mild weather conditions are the key features of these seasons . Even trekking in monsoon and winter season has its own taste.

In this article, we are going to describe the best routes for ABC trekking. We are also hopeful that this article would be informative and guideline for the trekkers to ABC.

The 5 popular routes for ABC trek are :-

  1. Pokhara-Nayapul-Birethati, Ghandruk-Kimrung-Chhomrong to ABC.

  2. Pokhara-Nayapul-Birethati-Tadapani-Chhormrong to ABC.

  3. Pokhara-Nayapul-Birethati-Siwai-Jhinu-Chhormrong to ABC.

  4. Pokhara-Dhampus-Landruk-Jhinu-Chhomrong to ABC

  5. Pokhara-Ghandruk-Tadapani-Hidden Lake-Chhomrong to ABC.

This are the five accessible routes for ABC trekking. After leaving Chhomrong trail continues via lower Sinuwa, Upper Sinuwa, Bamboo, Deurali, MBC (Machhapuchhre Base Camp) and finally to ABC.

Annapurna South (7219 mt.), Hiunchuli (6441 mt.), Annapurna I (8091 mt.), Baraha Shikhar (7647 mt.), Gangapurna (7455 mt.), Annapurna III (7555 mt.) and Fishtail (6993 mt.) can be viewed in a wide range. Typical Gurung villages Ghandruk, Landruk & Chhomrong on the way are must to be visited to learn more about Gurung culture, tradition and living.
